Refund policy

FLT pieces are produced in limited quantities and individually processed, finished, numbered, and packaged. Because of this, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before ordering.

14-day right of withdrawal

For consumers within the European Union, online purchases are subject to the applicable statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at FutureLastsToday@gmail.com within the 14-day period. After notifying us, the item must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of returned items

Returned garments must be in the condition in which they were received, subject only to handling reasonably necessary to inspect the garment, its size, fit, characteristics, and quality.

The garment must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used beyond what would reasonably be permitted when inspecting a garment in a shop.

If the garment has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection and this has reduced its value, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund, as permitted by applicable law.

Any deduction will be based on the actual reduction in value of the returned item and will not be applied automatically simply because an item has been opened or inspected.

Packaging

FLT garments are packaged using individually prepared packaging, including sealed paper and wax-stamp elements.

The packaging may need to be opened in order to inspect the garment. Opening the packaging by itself does not cancel your right of withdrawal.

If the packaging is unnecessarily damaged, discarded, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, and this results in an actual reduction in value, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund where permitted by law.

Please retain the original packaging and return it with the garment whenever possible.

FLT's process & natural variations

Every FLT garment is individually processed using printing, dyeing, light exposure, distressing, and hand-finishing techniques.

Variations in colour, texture, exposure, print density, fading, distressing, and other small irregularities are inherent to the process and are intentional characteristics of the garment. These differences do not constitute defects simply because another piece looks slightly different.

Due to the individual nature of each piece, the exact result may vary from the photographs shown on the website.

Defective or damaged items

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

If your order arrives damaged, or the garment has a defect that is not a normal characteristic of the FLT process, contact us at FutureLastsToday@gmail.com and include photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Because FLT releases are produced in very limited quantities, an identical replacement may not be available. Where replacement is not possible or appropriate, the remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal has been made and the returned item has been received, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund includes the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable where permitted by law.

Important

FLT is built around limited, individually processed releases. Once a piece is sold, it may never be reproduced.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under Estonian or EU law.
